Cowpie Lawn Care provides annual lawn care and maintenance services to ensure your lawn and landscaping looks beautiful all year long. Our annual services start at just $100/month and includes:
Basic Lawn Service (Weekly/bi-weekly):
- Lawn mowing
- Trimming around the house, trees and bushes
- Edging around driveway and sidewalks
- Blowing and cleaning up
- Trimming or pruning bushes as needed: All bushes on property
- Weeding beds as needed
- Weed removal in driveway and sidewalk cracks
Mulching Flower Beds 2 Times Per Year:
- 1 time in the Spring (March or April)
- 1 time in the Fall (October or November)
Winter Services – Leaf Clean-up and Removal 3 times per year
- Dump fee for removal of leaves and branches
- 1 time before Thanksgiving
- 1 time before Christmas
- 1 time before the end of February
We also provide additional services that may include:
- Aeration(April/May timeframe)
- Fertilization(Summer fertilizations x 3)(Fall & winter pre-emergents)
- Complete flower bed cleaning and weed/grass removal
- Complete bush trimming & pruning
